Terms & Conditions


1. We accept Credit payment as payment methods online.

2. We accept Nets, Cash, Cheque, or Bank Transfer as payment methods in our physical store.

3. We will email you the order confirmation within the day of the order confirmation, which will reflect with Purchased Items, Prices, Product Pictures and Estimated Time of Arrival.


We strive to provide the best service possible. Your order will be safely packed and sent to your doorstep on time.



Our in-home delivery & installation service charge is $50 per location, no matter how many items you ordered.

For any order above $500, delivery will be free. 


Carry-up charges of $10-20 per level will be applicable in the event there is no lift access to the level of delivery.


You can also choose Self-Pickup from our warehouse. In this case, no delivery charges will be needed and we can provide free assembly service there.



For furniture orders, they are delivered by our logistic contractor. Deliveries will be made into your room of choice. They will assemble and put your furniture in the right locations you ask, packaging will be removed upon your request.

Our in-home deliveries and installation service will be scheduled into different timeslots (e.g, 10:00-13:00 or 13:00-16:00 or 16:00-18:00), and we’re unable to deliver at specific timing (like exactly 10:00 or exactly 16:00).


Your product(s) will ship as they become available. All shipments are subject to unexpected carrier delays. Please check with our Consultants for the exact delivery date.

-If your ordered products we have ready in stock, delivery can be arranged within 5 working days.

-If your ordered products are made to order, the lead time will be 4-8 weeks. 



To provide you with a great product at the best value, if your ordered products arrived in our warehouse and the time is not good for you to receive them, we can provide 100 days' free warehousing. We will hold your ordered items carefully in our warehouse and wait for your delivery notice. 

Return & Refund

We want all of our products to end up in happy homes. We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us as well. If you don't absolutely love your order, please feel free to inform us.


If you change your mind, you may notify us of Return & Refund within 30 days of the date you received the item, no questions will be asked.


Please take note that:

1. We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.

2. Please note that the following items are not eligible:

(a). Products described as "Pre-order",

(b). Customized Colour / Size / Design items (Anything made to order),

(c). Items marked as Clearance or any form of Display Items,

(e). All Mattresses / Carpets & Cushions.

The Return:

Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule the collection date and time. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Loft_Home Furniture reserves the right to change the mode of refund.

The Refund:

Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value & Collection back fees $50 will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price – 20% invoice value - $50 Collections back fees = Refunded Amount (S$).



We offer a 30-Day price protection policy from the date of purchase. You will have to connect us within 30 days from the date of purchase and ask for a price adjustment voucher if the item goes on sale. 


5 YEARS WARRANTY, commencing from the date of delivery. We warrant that all furniture be free of defective materials and workmanship. 

If during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defected part(s). This Warranty will cover all replacement or repair costs.

For natural materials like Solid wood / Marble / Genuine Leather, if there have natural flaws, cracks, or tree scars these are not considered as a manufacturing defects. 



1. This warranty does not apply if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.

2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.

3. The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.

4. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labor charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the Purchaser.

* Loft Home Furniture reserves the right of final interpretation of the above terms and conditions.

* These Terms and Conditions and a Contract (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law. Both we and you hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. All dealings, correspondence, and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
